Based upon the worlds most popular plastic card printer, the P310, the new Zebra P330i Plastic Card Printer builds on the reliability and performance of the previous model whilst adding a host of new features. New user features include a belt driven angled card feeder with either a 100 or 220 card capacity designed to ensure reliable card issue and a single line LCD to report printer status. Connectivity has also been improved thanks to the standard USB interface and Ethernet option. The newly designed 'gimble' mounted printhead gives an improved print quality and makes ribbon changes easier than ever before as it opens two and a half times wide than on the P310. The P330i is capable of printing cards of between 0.20mm and 1.50mm thick. Print speed for a full colour, edge to edge, card is less than 25 seconds and for monochrome card is just 4 seconds. A range of card encoding options are available including a three track magnetic stripe encoder, contact smart card station , Mifare or HID proximity card encoders.
